Privacy Policy

This policy sets out what personal information Lead Eminence collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. Lead Eminence is operated by Leademinence (OPC) Private Limited.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Leademinence (OPC) Private Limited ("Lead Eminence", "we", "us") handles personal information on LeadEminence.com and across the Lead Eminence partner marketing network.

It applies to visitors to our website, publishers and creators in the network, advertisers running programmes with us, and people who contact us or apply to work with us. It does not cover the separate practices of advertisers, publishers or other third parties whose sites you may reach through a tracked link — their own policies apply there.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Account and contact information: name, business name, work email, website or channel details, role, and the content of messages you send us.
  • Payment and compliance information: bank or payout details and tax identifiers needed to pay commissions and meet legal obligations.
  • Programme and performance information: the programmes you join, placements you run, clicks, conversions, approvals, reversals and commissions.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed and timestamps.
  • Tracking information: identifiers set when a user follows a tracked link, used to attribute a click or transaction to the correct publisher.
  • Communications: enquiries, support conversations and, where you opt in, marketing preferences.

3. How we use information

  • To create and administer accounts and provide access to the network.
  • To record clicks and conversions, attribute them accurately and calculate commissions.
  • To make payments and keep the financial and tax records we are required to keep.
  • To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, artificial traffic and breaches of our terms.
  • To provide support, answer enquiries and send service messages about your account.
  • To measure and improve the performance, reliability and usability of our website and dashboards.
  • To send marketing about our own services where you have opted in or where we are otherwise permitted to; you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, server-side identifiers and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and keep the site secure. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used. Tracking identifiers record that a visitor arrived through a particular publisher's link so that commission is credited correctly.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and you can withdraw consent where we ask for it. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the dashboard work. We honour recognised opt-out signals where applicable law requires it.

5. When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as described here:

  • With advertisers and publishers, to the extent needed to run a programme, verify transactions and resolve queries — typically aggregated or transaction-level data rather than personal details of end customers.
  • With service providers who work on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery and fraud prevention, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • With professional advisers, auditors and insurers where necessary.
  • With authorities or other parties where we are required to by law, or where disclosure is needed to protect our rights, users or the security of the network.
  • With an acquirer or successor if our business is reorganised, merged or sold, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution obligations. Transaction and payment records are generally kept for the statutory retention period. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions, logging and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and any regulator where required if a breach affects your information.

8. International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where information is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism — so that it continues to receive a comparable level of protection.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to opt out of marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to support@leademinence.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact support@leademinence.com and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, technology or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date above shows when the current version took effect, and we will give additional notice through the Service if a change is material.

13. Contact

For any privacy question, request or complaint, write to support@leademinence.com. Leademinence (OPC) Private Limited is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
