About us
We built the network we wanted to work with
Lead Eminence started because both sides of partner marketing were frustrated with the same things: opaque reporting, payouts negotiated in the dark and account teams that changed every quarter. We fixed those first and built the rest of the business around them.

Our story
Twelve years of one stubborn idea
That a partner network should be judged on revenue its clients can verify, not on the size of its partner list.
We began by untangling tracking implementations for retailers who could not reconcile their affiliate reports with their own order data. That work turned into an attribution platform, then a marketplace, and eventually a full network with publishers and brands on both sides.
We have stayed deliberately independent and deliberately mid-sized. It lets us keep named managers on every account and turn down programmes that would not work — two things that get harder the moment growth becomes the only metric.

How we make decisions
Show the working
Every number in your dashboard can be traced to a source event. If we can't explain a figure, we don't publish it.
Fewer, better partnerships
We would rather activate ten partners who genuinely fit than five hundred who inflate a slide.
Named people, not queues
Everyone on the network has a manager they can call. Support tickets are a fallback, not the front door.
Independent by design
No parent advertiser, no house media arm. We have no reason to favour one side of the marketplace.

Working here
A small team with unusually long tenure
Roughly sixty people across partnerships, engineering, compliance and finance, split between Boston and remote roles in Europe.
We hire slowly, train properly and expect people to own their accounts end to end. Open roles are posted on request — if you work in partner marketing and think we would get on, write to us directly.
Come and audit us
Ask us the awkward questions about tracking, payouts and partner quality. The answers are the whole pitch.
